A seminar is a form of academic instruction, either at an academic institution or offered by a commercial or professional organization. It has the function of bringing together small groups for recurring meetings, focusing each time on some particular subject, in which everyone present is requested to participate.

Mr. Ray Men, FCCA was elected as Leadership team member at year 2020, and subsequently held the position of President in the chapter. He begins as lecturer in KTC college where he teaches a variety of ACCA papers.
On the academic front, he holds an ACCA and an MBA from a local institution. Several organizations recognized it including ACPA, MIA, ISCA, SSM, etc. In the year 2020, he was awarded Top 20 of Malaysia Young Entrepreneurs.
At the same time, he was acquiring expertise in giving seminars on themes such as taxes advice, business aspects, company management models, entrepreneur starting packs, and secretary-related training.
He was a regional controller at a multi-nation company in Singapore before founding the accounting firm. In addition, he serves as a shared-service leader and regional accountant for a local shipyard manufacturer.
Various organizations (profit and non-profit) invited Mr. Ray Men to share his experiences and future perspectives on the environment, including the Young Malaysian Movement (YMM), Rotary Club (RC), Business Network International (BNI), and the Association of Chiropractors Malaysia (ACM).
